In this Meditation, you can expect the following:
Stage One - Negativity
Begin by releasing all negativity, frustrations, and anger. Take a powerful stance with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Face another person, make fists, look into their eyes, and shout with all your power, starting with "I am angry" or "No". Experienced participants may engage in free association. Interact with as many people as possible.
This stage allows you to express your negativity to create space for positivity. It opens the door for love and fosters closer connections with people. You experience a sense of empowerment.
Stage Two - Sorry
Approach someone, place your hands on each other’s shoulders, and say, "I'm sorry if I hurt you." Then embrace. Move around and reconcile with different people in this manner.
Stage Three - Love
Shift the energy to love. Stand in front of someone, hold hands, look into their eyes, and say, "I Love You" while embracing. Express appreciation and love for the other person. Approach those you shouted at during the first stage.
Saying yes in this stage allows you to bypass pain and connect with the healing power of love. Expressing love nourishes you and reinforces your sense of lovability.
Stage Four - Second Wind
This stage is about surpassing your limits, embracing the unknown, taking risks, and discovering untapped energy reserves.
Run in place with your arms up, knees lifting high, and feet making contact with the earth. Stay connected with others and vocalize. Experience surpassing exhaustion as your body becomes lighter, expanding your energy field.
Stage Five - Kundalini Shaking
Adopt a grounded position and let your whole body shake, starting from the knees and hips. Allow the energy generated from the previous stage to facilitate relaxation. The shaking can lead to healing on all levels, promoting well-being, happiness, and mental clarity.
Stage Six - Freak Out
Consciously express your madness to maintain sanity. Move, breathe, and make sounds. Allow yourself to scream, throw tantrums, beat a pillow, cry, or act out without harming yourself or others. Catharsis cleanses old suppressed energies, bringing you more alive and in touch with your feelings.
Stage Seven - Dancing
Celebrate life through dance. Express your inner experiences through body movement, communicating nonverbally. Dance allows you to express who you are and can elevate you to ecstasy, fostering a connection with the universe.
Stage Eight - Crying
Sit alone or with someone and allow yourself to cry. Reflect on painful situations while making soft sounds and rocking your body. Crying facilitates vulnerability, moving you from pain and frustration to heartfelt connection, joy, and happiness.
Stage Nine - Laughing
Shift the energy by laughing. Giggle, tickle each other, move, and share jokes. Laughter boosts the immune system and helps you see the lighter side of situations, turning tragedies into comedies.
Stage Ten - Dance of Sensuality
Explore your sensual side through dance, either with others or solo. Experience pleasure in each moment, changing partners several times and enjoying the process.
Stage Eleven - AUM Chanting
Stand in a circle relaxed, gaze at a candle's light in the center, and chant the sound of AUM. AUM integrates your meditation experience, helping you settle into your center and become the observer.
Stage Twelve - Silence
Sit alone with eyes closed or open, doing nothing. Embrace the opportunity to enter a state of communion with existence, leaving you in awe.
Stage Thirteen - Namaste
Approach each other, place your hands together in a praying position, gaze into each other's eyes, bow, and say "Namaste! I recognize the Buddha in You!" Then embrace. Meet everyone in the room.
Brief sharing circle and journaling
Share your experience and recognize that you are not alone and that we all going through similar challenges in life and how amazing it is to have to do it with others.
